Meet Our Team
John Ehler
Registered Representative
John Ehler first started in the Financial Services industry in 1992, working with a major Broker until 2004. Later that year he joined HBW Securities LLC so he could become an Independent Representative and help clients with a customized financial strategy. In 2017 HBW Securities LLC became part of Cetera Advisor Networks LLC.

John had spent 25 years in the Construction trades before changing careers into Financial Services. His own experiences in the 1980’s and 1990’s had convinced him that the entire Financial Services industry has been geared for the upper-income earners, and that no one was servicing the blue-collar earners. This group of hard-working earners also wanted to know how they could become wealth builders as well. John joined the Financial Services industry for the purpose of filling this void.

He has devoted his business to educating families so they can come up with their own financial game plan, empowering them to make decisions that would lead them toward Financial Independence. A focus on education has helped John become one of the SmartVestor professionals picked by the Dave Ramsey Show, since 2006.

John is licensed in Life Insurance, Long-term Disability Insurance, and Securities registered with a Series 6, 63 and 26. He is the President of Ehler Financial Group. He is married to Cheryl and they have three grandchildren. John’s passion is to treat every one of his clients the way he would like to have been treated when he was first learning how to plan for his financial future. Through this passion he wishes to empower and encourage all families with the education and determination they need to find the path to their own financial confidence.
Aaron Froehlich
Investment Advisor and Registered Representative
Prior to working at Ehler Financial Group, Aaron was actually a client of John Ehler's who he found through Dave Ramsey's SmartVestor Pro program. In 2015, Aaron began his career in the financial services industry as a Series 6 and 63 Registered Representative. Currently he also holds the Series 65 certification as a Registered Financial Advisor. He is also a Licensed Life Insurance Agent in Missouri and Kansas. He has been an Independent Financial Advisor and coach with Ehler Financial Group ever since 2015 and has enjoyed helping clients create financial strategies through trust and integrity.

Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family either by coaching his 3 kids, Jax, Trey and Penelope in their various sporting events or simply relaxing on a beach somewhere with his wife Mandy. He's an alumni of Northwest Missouri State University where he graduated Cum laude with a Double Major in Business Management and Marketing while participating full time as a collegiate athlete in the Bearcat Football program. Aaron also enjoys officiating Men's College Basketball in his free time.
